  • Surface Swabs: to establish the effectiveness of the Cleaning Program
  • Hand Swabs: to determine whether or not the Staff is adhering to the 9 Step Hand washing Technique
  • Food Samples: taken at random and evaluated for microbial contamination
  • Verification of the effectiveness of the Chemicals in use
  • Temperatures are taken
  • Staff  facilities checked for compliancy
  • Refuse handling is inspected
  • Front and back of house is inspected for various aspects
  •  Date Coding and Shelf life is evaluated

  • Data Based Audit Program is completed on site
  • Results with a Corrective Action report is mailed to the Facility before the Auditor leaves the premises
